Jay and Sasha’s consulting style is low-key and professional. They listen to their clients thoroughly to assess their needs before proposing any solutions. They view each situation from a variety of perspectives and propose creative, logical solutions. Rather than relying on a “one size fits all” approach, they focus on each individual firm’s specific needs.
Galbraith Management Consultants firmly believes every organization should only be as complex as it needs to be – never more so. They want each company to achieve the highest efficiency possible with minimal downside.

Jay on designing a reconfigurable organization: "Every company needs an organization that changes as quickly as its business changes. If not, the company is falling behind." "We need to have organizational structures and processes which are easily reconfigured and realigned with a constantly changing strategy." "Those companies with the capabilities for flexible responses and a variety of moves over the course of time will most likely win."
"In a world where business success or failure is increasingly dependent on a company’s ability to align its resources around the customer, this book is a must-read that describes in very practical terms how large organizations can cope with this added dimension."
